Depending upon the destination and value of the order, Pica LéLa offers a range of shipping options.
International Shipment
Customers can enjoy a world-wide free shipment if the total of a single order is over $200. For purchases of $200 or below incur postage and handling charges of $30 regardless of destination.
Australian National Shipment
Free shipment is offered for shipment within Australia if the total of a single order is over $100. A postage and handling charges of $15 applied if the order total is $100 or below.
Shipment Time
For shipments within Australia, delivery is usually overnight, however regional areas can take 1 or 2 days longer.
Overseas shipments are arranged by international registered airmail for purchases up to $500, which usually takes 7-14 business days for delivery. For purchases over $500, order will be shipped by FedEx International for 3-5 business days.
All items are usually shipped within 2 business days after order is confirmed. If products ordered are out of stock, a notification email will be sent to advise the likely delay. Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number for the delivery will be provided by email.
Shipping time may vary - particularly during holiday seasons.

Collecting Personal Information
Pica LeLa collects personal information in several ways when you place an order, buy a gift voucher for a friend or register for a service offered by Pica LeLa. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping address and credit card billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfill your order. All personal information obtained from orders received will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner’s systems. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and let you know the status of your order.

Collecting Anonymous Information

We will use personal information as supplied by you to process and deliver your order. We will disclose personal information such as your delivery address to a delivery service provider (i.e. a courier) as selected by you when you place your order. We also retain your order details in a secure offline system that is NOT connected to the internet. This is so we have a record of your order should you wish to return or exchange an item at a later date.
We may publish personal information with your consent (e.g. if you win a competition) and then only in part (e.g. The winner is Sarah of Artarmon, Sydney). We do not publish personal information for any other reason without your consent.
Pica LeLa may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
Under no circumstances will Pica LeLa sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information.

Email Subscription Lists
There are both general and specialist interest categories in our email subscription service. This service is provided to communicate product information, special events and offers of interest to you based on your interest category selections and, if you choose, purchase history.
Our email subscription service is an 'opt-in' system. You may unsubscribe or add additional interest categories at any stage by updating your account information when you log in
Marketing Opt-In and Opt-Out Provision
When you register, you will be given the option to opt-out of subscribing to:

How you can access and, if necessary, change the personal information Pica LeLa maintains
If for any reason you are concerned that the personal information held by Pica LeLa is not correct, please visit the website and, after logging into the site using the "Sign In" menu on the home page, your personal information will be made available for review and change in the "My Account" section. Only you or, upon your request, the Customer Care department, may access your personal data from the website using your password and User ID. Information may be changed online within My Details, Shipping Details, and My Preferences. You can change or delete saved credit card details each time you make a purchase. You will also be able to delete saved credit card details by adding or editing a shipping/billing address. If you change your billing or shipping address while your order is still being processed, the order will be re-processed through customer finance check. If you prefer, you may contact us by email at customercare@picalela.com and we will amend your personal details.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Due to the demand and exclusivity of the merchandise, there is no allowance for returns or exchanges. Pica LeLa recommends that all orders be checked thoroughly by the user prior to payment.
FAULTY GOODS
If, upon delivery, the delivery box appears to be potentially damaged from transit, please do not accept the parcel and inform the delivery Company to return to us where we will access the package and our customer representative will contact you as soon as possible.
If an item is found to be damaged after opening the package, please email us through the contact section on homepage within 48 hours and our customer representative will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect after 48 hours, please contact the Brand Company for their individual warranty details.
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Pica LeLa. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Orders
You place an order with Pica LeLa by selecting products and pressing the "purchase now" button on the checkout page. Pica LeLa reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason including, without limitation, unavailability of product; an error in the price, image or the product description; or error in your order. Orders are deemed received by Pica LeLa at the time of successful transmission of the order, and you will thereafter be unable to cancel the order.
Product Availability
Pica LeLa uses its best endeavours to ensure products ordered are available for delivery, and in most cases will notify you where a product is unavailable prior to you completing your order. However in some cases this is not possible and Pica LeLa may need to reject an order you have placed for a product where Pica LeLa establishes that it is actually unavailable for delivery. In such cases Pica LeLa will refund in full all amounts you paid in respect of such unavailable product. Pica LeLa cannot provide rainchecks for products ordered online, and, where permitted by law, reserves the right to limit the sale of products to reasonable or normal household quantities.
Payment
You must pay for your products purchased on this website at the time of placing an order. To pay for products, you will be transferred to an external site operated by Paypal Australia. You agree that Paypal Australia is responsible for processing and the security of your payment, and you hereby release Pica LeLa from any liability in relation to such payment.
